The Product Package
Real Fast leadership is 7 weeks of implementation-focused coaching. This coaching is for results and involved hands-on implementation based on experience and results from working with leaders and executives who in top leadership positions in industry-leading organizations around the world (See the client list).
Delivery
Coaching is delivered through weekly sessions a week over a 7-week period. This means participants are able to implement what they learn in their real-world everyday organizational situations. Included are assignments to support each participants in planning and implementing to achieve results as they progress through the coaching. There is also one Q&A session each week dedicated to feedback and any additional questions or support needed.
Support
Participants have access to unlimited email support throughout the program. Downlodable coaching content of each sessions will be available. Material will be released each week and will not be available ahead of schedule.
