I can write Bayo's style of working in one line "Let's get it done now"... Bayo is one of the best manager/boss one can ever have. I was directly reporting to him for more than 4 months. He introduced new changes to organization-team that helped a lot move forward. He introduced visibility to project very well. I worked with Bayo at AbbVie. The project was a Finance transformation initiative resulting from the divestiture from Abbott. Our work was focused on the 80+ international affiliates who were impacted by the system, process and outsourcing changes that were implemented as part of the transformation.
