I worked with Bayo at AbbVie. The project was a Finance transformation initiative resulting from the divestiture from Abbott. Bayo and I worked as peers on a variety of tasks advancing various aspects of the project. These included training/learning activities, change management efforts, and communications. Our work was focused on the 80+ international affiliates who were impacted by the system, process and outsourcing changes that were implemented as part of the transformation.
