I can write Bayo's style of working in one line "Let's get it done now"... Bayo is one of the best manager/boss one can ever have. I was directly reporting to him for more than 4 months. He introduced new changes to organization-team that helped a lot move forward. He introduced visibility to project very well. He motivated organizations and teams to communicate with each other frequently. I would like to wish him good luck for future.
