Bayo was brought on to lead our integration efforts for a recently completed acquisition. The team was struggling to define milestones and owners to drive key initiatives. Bayo stepped in and developed our roadmap, defined owners for each task and relentlessly followed up to ensure milestones were tracking to plan.

Additionally, not only did Bayo deliver on his objectives, but he also did so in a manner in which he was able to cultivate relationships and earn the respect of all the key integration functional leads.
