Different Types of Clients Require Different Solutions
In my experience I’ve learned that there are 3 types of business and business leaders.
Those that have challenges and don’t know it. Those that recognize they have challenges but don’t know what to do. Those that recognize they have challenges but don’t want to do anything. Those that have challenges but think they can solve it themselves but really can’t.
- Those that have challenges, know they can’t solve the challenges by doing more of what doesn’t work and are ready to bring in external expertise to collaborate on eliminating the challenges and getting on-time, on budget results.
I typically choose to work with client type #5 because together we get things done.
