The key difference from normal business or executive coaching is that the organization itself has a culture. This is synonymous to an individual client’s personality type. To effectively work at changing a corporate culture, I work with organizations to understand their culture, it’s strengths, weaknesses, and untapped potential and take that knowledge into account as I coach individuals within your organizational culture.
A unique challenge of organizational coaching is working on both the individual and corporate levels at the same time and that’s something my clients testify as one of my greatest strengths.
