Having read write ups about “Quiet Quitting“, you probably know that workers stop going the extra mile for their jobs.
Yes, it’s a change in hours and effort, however, it’s also a mindset.
That mindset is focused on reducing work-related stress, and that can never be a bad thing.
I don’t know, but the way Quiet Quitting is framed makes it seem like you’re getting away with something you shouldn’t
As far as dealing with change is concerned, that’s certainly not the case. In this case, Quiet Quitting is dealing with cultural change.
It’s not a ‘hack‘ or tactic to keep away from HR or leadership, because anything that improves well-being at work is a good thing and should be embraced.
