‘Bayo and I worked together on a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Program where he was the Analysis team Manager, leading a group of Business Analysts and UI/UE Developers.
He introduced key changes in the way the Analysis team operated as a key project unit changing the way requirements were gathered and business solutions delivered through technical design solutions.
‘Bayo understand how to make businesses work collaboratively and is especially skilled and talented in forging better communications between project team members and organizational units. His knowledge of business and business architecture will benefit any organization that he is involved in immensely.
