I worked with Bayo at AbbVie.
The project was a Finance transformation initiative resulting from the divestiture from Abbott.
Bayo and I worked as peers on a variety of tasks advancing various aspects of the project. These included training/learning activities, change management efforts, and communications. Our work was focused on the 80+ international affiliates who were impacted by the system, process and outsourcing changes that were implemented as part of the transformation. Bayo demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in all of the work we did together.
He was effective working with the Finance people in the international offices as well as the local project team members. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Bayo again.
